Art is all around us in Austin. On our East Side Art Tour, you’ll explore the vibrant world of street art that dominates the rapidly growing and changing East Side. Learn about the fascinating culture of street artists, what goes on behind the scenes, and about the rich history of this hip East Side neighborhood. See graffiti, murals, wheat pastes and more!

Starting January 31st, reservations are required for free tours. Please click on the date below or here to sign up for a tour.

Public tour schedules are released 2-3 weeks in advance during the free tour season, September through May. Don’t see a time that works for you? Private tours are also available! Email Laura to set up a private tour.

Details

Look for the guide wearing a green Tipster shirt or jacket near the fountain at Plaza Saltillo, on the corner of 5th & Comal St.

Parking Recommendation: There are some free parking spots along the south side of Plaza Saltillo (be careful not to park in spots marked for Cap Metro employees). If those are full, there is plenty of paid street parking nearby on 4th & 5th Streets.
